The general learning plan consists of materials such as lectures, books and case studies that will build EAs' knowledge base of startup management and tech entrepreneurship.
Career Directions
EAs get exposed to the potential career paths in tech companies through company visits, 1-1 meetings with industry experts, sessions on key focus areas by startup founders and professionals working in startups.
Hands-on Experience
EAs gain hands-on experience by working with an early-stage startup. The experience involves engagement with the Startup Academy Pre-acceleration program startups on desired directions.

Applicants go through a
2-round selection process, including application screening and interviews.

Entrepreneurial Assistants gain essential skills and knowledge for engaging and succeeding in the Armenian and global startup ecosystem.
Demo Day/
Placement
EAs have the opportunity to be hired by the Hero House team or placed in partner companies when they present to an audience of Armenian tech entrepreneurs during the Demo Day.
